Lyons Zone: 12 historic drill holes completed.

Historic Resource (1988): 2.36 million tonnes @ 2.36 g/t Au

Winter drill program completed (January-February 2019).

Copper - Gold Deposit Historic Resource (1970): 3.94 million tonnes @ 0.69% Cu

The company is led by an experienced management team with a proved history of finding major gold discoveries.

The CEO of the company, Mr. Netolitzky has been very successful in mining exploration with over 40 years of experience and having been directly associated with three major gold discoveries in Canada that have subsequently been put into production. Mr. Netolitzky has been honored with the Prospector of the Year award from the PDAC, and Developer of the Year award from the BC & Yukon Chamber of Mines. In 2015, he was inducted into the Canadian Mining Hall of Fame.

The current exploration programs are designed and managed by an experienced geologist David W. Tupper;

Mr. Tupper has over 30 years work experience in the mineral exploration industry, having managed a range of projects from grassroots discoveries to surface and underground resource development work in a variety mineral deposit settings. He served for many years in Western Canada as well as in Mexico, South America and Asia. Mr. Tupper served as Vice President of Exploration at Valley High Ventures Ltd. since April 2010. Mr. Tupper served as Vice President of Exploration at Mega Precious Metals Inc. and Solomon Resources Ltd. for 8 years. Mr. Tupper is a Registered Member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia. Mr. Tupper was a Senior Environmental Consultant for 5 years undertaking terrain mapping and contaminated sites work. He has been a Director of Venerable Ventures Ltd. since December 2016.
